Beyond Chokkang, the #TsumValley widens out somewhat giving a more spacious feel. We pressed on to Nile, but found no open lodges so retreated about 0.5 of a mile to Chule.

Down by the river
Felt like the longest suspension bridge in Gorkha province
Passing through Chisapani (literally ‘cold water’). Springs were just around the corner.
Not one on our route, but essential for those living on higher locations

We pressed on up the Budhi Gandaki gorge to the point where the Circuit crosses the river and heads for higher ground. We swung NE and headed into the quieter #TsumValley. Tibetan influences predominate from here and a real sense of peace descends, like going back in time.
