In clinical studies, some people had pain freedom within 2 hours. Suffering from migraines? #Ubrelvy is an oral tablet for treating acute migraine attacks in adults. It blocks CGRP, a protein involved in migraine pain, blood vessel dilation, and inflammation. Well-tolerated with <5% reporting side effects like nausea, drowsiness, and dry mouth.
#Ubrelvy vs #Imitrex for migraines: Different mechanisms (CGRP vs serotonin), similar effectiveness. Imitrex may work better if you tolerate it, but Ubrelvy has fewer side effects. Trade-off: Ubrelvy costs 2x more. Ask your doc which fits you best!
