Sigh.. Given that tomorrow is yet another day in which both a tornado watch and snow possibility are forecast, I seriously need to do a preemptive strike against #migraines. Any tips? (I don't have a prescription anymore, so preemptive medication is limited to ibuprofen/NSAIDs.)
