It is fascinating.
I like how the artist has painted the archer in 16th Century everyday costume. Just look at how he would have been tied into that shirt/jacket. No zips.

The middle one has St Sebastian with arrows sticking into his body. On either side are archers in medieval costume with bows drawn firing arrows at him.

Early 16th Century screen, with 32 painted panels.

Unusual to see martyrdom of #StSebastian depicted with not just his body riddled with arrows, but also the actual archers with their weapons.

(Evidence of costume & weapons)

A 12th Century font has had most of the carving cut away, but a little remains with sort of palmettes.

I always find #ugborough really strange. I cycle through it regularly, can’t see a shop but a lovely monument and two pubs? In a tiny place, I guess it’s the river that attracted people there originally? It’s really out of the way.

A blacksmith, maybe St Eloy?

14th Century style roof boss in the North Aisle, maybe once forming part of a wagon roof.
