Three years & six months ago today my claim was lodged at #Strasbourg after the politically appointed #UKSupremeCourt failed to properly address my case. I'd spent YEARS in litigation before applying to #ECtHR where I'd expected finally to get justice. So far I've had nothing.

#Tory backbencher questions #Starmer about "biological men" mixing with women in women's prisons and when #UKSupremeCourt judgment will be implemented in full. Starmer will be "looking into". No other country apart from #UK & #Trump's #US sliding back on trans rights.

From the email: "Thank you for contacting me about the Supreme Court ruling on the appeal brought by For Women Scotland.  "In its judgment, the Supreme Court announced it had reached a unanimous decision that the terms ‘man’, ‘woman’ and ‘sex’ in the Equality Act 2010 refers to biological sex. It ruled that a Gender Recognition Certificate does not change a person’s legal sex for the purposes of the Equality Act."

So I actually got a response from my email to my MP about the Supreme Court ruling.

Following the pattern we've come to expect, the "guidance" offered is severely flawed and fails to recognise the real challenges we are facing.
