County signs interlocal with Texas Parks and Wildlife to rebuild County Road 349 for future Bear Creek State Park Uvalde County approved an interlocal agreement with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to reconstruct 2.18 miles of County Road 349 (Bear Creek Road), including three low-water crossings; TPWD will provide engineering and reimburse the county under the draft agreement.
