Friendly reminder that the #VMetGala26 is at the end of next month!

For those in need of assistance coming up with a #VMetGala26 outfit, read ⬇️ for info and ideas:

Antique Ballet Leg A set of old metal legs that end in a point with a gem core. The metal has a filigree pattern and a little rust. The part near the knee allows you to see through to the gem core.

Athena - The jewels of royalty and nobility A set of large earrings and a matching brooch. Teardrop shaped gems surrounded by metal filigree, small diamonds, and small gems. In this case, the gems are red, the metal gold.

Barbara The main outfit worn by a very tall and slim model. a black dress, cropped white jacket with overly long sleeves that completely cover the hands. it has a ballet feel.

My #VMetGala26 fit is purchased. We'll start putting it on during stream today. The theme this year is Fashion is Art. I'm going to try and execute something a little higher fashion that my usual pret-a-porter style.

The #VMetGala26 is looking for artists that can do outfit commissions under these guidelines:

- Must deliver comms by the event deadline (May 29th)

You're invited to the 3rd Annual VMetGala 26 Who can Participate: Artists, OCs, Vtubers (3D/2d/png/etc) Where: Twitch (links below) When: May 30th 7pm CST The dress code is Fashion is Art. For specificity's sake, it refers to fashion as an art form that adorns/protects/emphasizes/conceals the body. Outfits should be designed to explore this relationship. Post your design on Bsky or Twitter with the hashtag #VMetGala26 by May 29th @12PM CST to submit

Terms of Submission Because this year's theme deals with the body and its various stages and transformations, we want to explore these themes with guidelines: No hateful imagery Artistic Nudity is allowed, but the body has to be a ken doll (no distinct genitalia, nipples are alright) No bodily fluids except blood All Gore and Body Horror must fall under the Art Fight MODERATE GORE FILTER., found through https:// artfight.net/info/gore These are the guidelines we'll use to judge appropriateness for the event.
