Saw an unusual bird. On tree like a creeper or woodpecker. It was puffed out which may be contributing to id problem. Too far for eyes and phone but too close for binoculars. Speckled back like immature sap sucker but had black cap on head. See terrible pic. #birds #VTBirds #vermont
