Smartphone effective means to help young people to quit vaping | ICT&health International Three months after participating in the study, nearly half of all participants between the ages of 18 and 24 (45%) were found to have quit vaping.

Smartphones are helping young people quit vaping. A study from Ohio State University found that combining mobile coaching with nicotine replacement therapy led to a 45% success rate in quitting within three months. Could this be a breakthrough in public health? #VapingCessation #DigitalHealth
