Tuesday at 7pm was always #veganhour over on you know where. So shall we do the same here? 💚
Still liquid aqua faba in a steel bowl being whipped with a bright red hand mixer.
Steel bowl now half filled with nice, fluffy, whipped creamy substance, obviously holding some of its shape.
Square-ish airfryer container in airfryer basked, almost filled with seemingly nicely risen, baked aqua faba cream.
A hand holding a cookie-sized meringue, minus one bite. The meringue is in focus, the hand somewhat less, the background wooden table is out of focus.
Finally, #vegan meringue from aqua faba, so without the suffering and blood of chicken on our hands.
The big one didn't succeed yet but the smaller ones are perfect!
The best result until now was created using a cast iron pan on the not-so-hot side of a stove.

Tonight: A divine risotto with mushrooms and porcini, red and sweet onion, lots of garlic, fresh hot red pepper, black pepper, dill, a beautiful olive oil, and about an hour of cooking love. Without the traditional animal cruelty though, of course.
