Rogue feels uniquely challenging on the highest damage and aggression/lowest reaction times because Momentum keeps getting eaten up from damage. I’m sure Mage and Warrior have their own challenges, of course, but especially a couple ranged enemies or a shield guy…

I could've sworn that the objective tracker or waypoints were incorrectly visible all the time before but now it looks like setting Gameplay > Wayfinding > Exploration Preset to Pulse Only does correctly hide both the target marker and waypoints!

I was gonna #VeilguardGripes that one of my hair-related gripes is that there’s no short hair that isn’t a boycut or a crop. Wolfcut length would be good.
I say this because there’s no good hair to match Cass or Tessa.
Which is when I realized that Cass and Tessa, Nevarrans, have the same haircut.
My most enduring #VeilguardGripes is that they keep calling kossith Qunari. Now there's not just one but TWO groups that are not Qunari: the (Tal-)Vashoth, and the Antaam who are no longer followers of the Qun.

I can’t believe I’m #VeilguardGripes ing about hair because there’s so much good stuff, but the lack of wavy and very loose curl as well as the fact it’s all very high set and all above the ear is an issue for this character.
So many of the criticisms I’ve seen of #Veilguard seem to only be missing a tiny bit deeper look. There are some things the game does that kinda work against it so you gotta actually try.
E.g.: why do we have goody two shoes pirates?

I guess this is a minor #VeilguardGripes but while I'm so happy to play Fi, the armor is super stylized and a lot of it just does not work for dwarves and it's super limiting of choice. From the streams and pics I've seen, taste notwithstanding it's not such an issue for the others.

This smashing boxes shit is annoying. It's a nontrivial amount of resources but it feels ridiculous and it leaves spaces looking empty and unlived.
I haven't been absolutely hurting for resources but from trying to destroy boxes in 2 play sessions it's easily +25%?
This is in no way a dealbreaker or major, it's #VeilguardGripes after all, wording intentional.
It's just funny that BioWare already oversimplified the game THRICE in the even-number game: DA2, ME2, MEA (and corrected in DAI and ME3). This is the FOURTH time.

Perfect example why I don't like the heal potion mechanic *at all*. Cauldron had literally one (1) green in the end fight. Bloodbath had several greens and blues every single miniboss and IN BETWEEN THEM.

Several romance/flirt and other dialogue options are completely different vibes to the point that it feels like you're missing out on relationship building either way.
Exaggerating, caring /at all/ seems to require flirting sometimes.

I'm enjoying the game a ton! These two stood out because of that.
- Morrigan's meeting should've been an email.
- Act 2 setup needs flipping. Varric has the perfect lede, but it comes at the end. The plans would be insane without it.
