I'm having a lot of fun with #VeilofShadows
It's visually stunning, Tian Jiarui is serving acting, Yan An is beautiful, the OST is on point and the lore is engaging.
It's not Fangs of Fortune (which I ADORE) and that's okay, it's also 29 episodes which is absolutely perfect for me. 🙂↕️

Ok I managed one & a half episodes of #VeilofShadows. It's visually stunning but it's just too ridiculous. Also tedious. I need strong storyline & characters with depth. Pretty & even very pretty (this one) is not enough for sustained watching.

Amg, eu tô vendo que ele tá em #VeilOfShadows tbm e nossa, fez todo sentido pq dá pra ver que tá um frio de lascar mas os personagens tão o tempo todo fazendo algo dentro de rio, piscina, só tô vendo as reclamações de irresponsabilidade,e pior,tem cenas q ele faz os atores passarem horas refazendo+

I tried #veilofshadows.
I just.........
I really can't get into this direction/story style. I don't like ensemble casts. I don't like cool fight scenes for the sake of cool fight scenes. I don't like the dubstep in the soundtrack. It's all kind of avengers-esque (and I hate the avengers lol)

Question! Are #FangOfFortune and #VeilOfShadows connected? I mean, narratively. Because I saw some of the same actors in both cdramas and I was told #HouMingHao ‘s character from FOF was named. Is it true?
