I have just read that the stream is part of a fragile, nutrient-rich aquatic ecosystem. It is in the village of Cocking, West Sussex in the South Downs National Park. I have seen this stream before but today I became aware of just how clear it was and had to look it up to find more information. The church is called St Catherine of Siena.
I posted a video of a crystal clear stream in a West Sussex village earlier. I have since found out it is a rare Sussex spring-fed chalk stream. Here is a photo of it with the church nearby.

The hills in the background with some snow. An inn on the left, cottages and an inn straight ahead. The road leads over a bridge where Kettlewell beck runs and joins the river Wharfe. It is a winter’s evening and the lights on the inns provide a welcoming sight as does the plume of smoke indicating a log or coal fire.
Could you have a more welcoming entrance to a village than The Blue Bell Inn ahead and the Racehorses Hotel on the left in the village of Kettlewell.
