I've been arguing for #RoboCars since the Aughts but #Waymos should be able to drive in the dark. There are plenty of rural roads with nary a streetlight or even those yellow road reflectors.a1q

The #waymos are starting to drive like they live in Atlanta. Today I was in a left turn lane and one passed me on the right then turned left right in front of me.

That’s because the algorithms that control the #Waymos & other autonomous vehicles calculate the odds of getting in a possible collision vs not making it to its destination at its scheduled time if it waits for the car with the right of way, & SOMETIMES chooses punctuality over safety.
