Larger than a baseball, a spiky looking Lichen with blueish/white bone like pattern and yellow tips resting on wet green moss. Part of a red and yellow leaf is in the lower right corner. I will add this Lichen for interior house decorations!
After the frost melted yesterday, I noticed this Tube/Pillow Lichen resting on a moss blanket in our front yard. Must have been blown to this spot during our windstorm last week. 🍄

A room full of Buddhas at Wat Samret temple in Koh Samui, Thailand. Left to wander whilst our taxi driver nipped to pay his respects at a funeral, I found this old rooms crammed full of Buddha figures, carved from stone, no spaces between about 50 of them, and all covered in bright orange fabric. These were draped across their bodies, some with gold sequins, some with garlands of matching orange marigolds.

This is a picture of three domes topping whitewashed buildings in Oia, Santorini. The buildings are on a steep cliff, dropping off into a sea that looks navy blue. The domes are a very deep matte turquoise paint, making a great contrast with the white structures. The largest domed roof has a white crucifix on top.

Taken as the sun went down over the sea in Kota Kinabalu in Malaysian Borneo. The sea is calm and reflects the burnished oranges of the sky. The sun is on the horizon and the rays are radiating outwards. Above the sun, which has nearly dropped and disappeared into the sea, there are clouds of black, grey and white making a dramatic and stormy looking picture.
Vivid skies in Kota Kinabalu, Borneo. A quick snap rather than a considered composition as I had a rather good margarita in the other hand!
