There is a small card, presumably for a pheromone attractant.

Leaves that are changing colour on a couple of branches. Some of the leaves are green in the middle with red at the edges, some are yellow with red edges. I think they're Norway Maple leaves.

A wide path through trees, the ground covered in brown fallen leaves. Some of the trees are green, others have some orange and yellow leaves. Some light patches but no sunlight visible.
My little family has spent the afternoon doing what it loves: husband did a 10 mile run, I photographed in the woods, and the dog stayed at home, sleeping on the sofa!
First visit to Wendover Woods - very few mushrooms, but lots of trees!
