A vertical orientation shot of some stunning mountainous landscape on a lightly overcast day. We're on a train passing around the end of a deep ravine with high, sloping sides of lush greenery in the form of conifers meeting at a shallow river bed that snakes its way through the foliage out of sight into the distance. We're looking down on the ribbon of white water and further beyond towards higher, jagged mountains, pale with the distance, some with tops lost in low cloud and with small patches of ice and snow high up. On the left side of the ravine we can just make out the level line of the train tracks we're following curving around the edge of the mountain pass and out of sight ahead.
For #TravelTuesday here's a shot taken while we were riding the White Pass Railway between Canada and America around the Alaskan border en route to Skagway in 2023.

I count 9 distinct streams with waterfalls falling from the eastern slopes of Coal Mountain a few miles west of White Pass, WA. Coyote Creek is the largest stream in the middle of the shot.
