Today was my first day out biking in 5 days; when I set off to an appointment it was 33F/.5C, but on the way back it was 24F/-4.5C w/ a feels like of 19F/-7C.

What are people's favorite not expensive hacks for keeping hands and feet warm in #WinterBiking? I tried surgical gloves under my gloves, which worked to keep my hands warm, but the ziploc bags over my socks in my shoes completely failed to keep my toes from freezing.
