Sen Capito doesn’t care if you can’t vote because you don’t have a passport. If you have unwanted pregnancies because you have no access to birth control control.
If your child can’t read because WV is 48th in education.
Trump knows at this point women will vote against him in large numbers. My passport card, $65, because it expired is cheaper than a passport. It is valid but allows one to only travel to Canada or Mexico. I will renew it & so will my wife.
