House committee hears bill to create Career and Technical Education Mobility Grant Program Representative Bill Elam presented HB 358 to create a CTE Mobility Grant Program to help students access out-of-district CTE pathways; the grant would be subject to appropriation, administered by DEED, and prioritize rural/remote sending and hosting arrangements. Committee members requested more detail on prioritization rubrics, program mapping and Dept. of Labor involvement.
