Dr April Shaw, working with The Salvation Army, says: "More groups like [these] ‘Let’s Talk Menopause’ sessions would give women space to discuss their symptoms and feelings during, what can be, a challenging time.” #WorldMenopauseDay #LetsTalkMenopause

A bit late for #worldmenopauseday but here is our song about my experiences and Jim’s mid life crisis.
#menopauseawareness is really important, must be taught in schools. I am still embarrassed that I knew so little about what was happening to my own body.

Over 54,000 women consider leaving work due to lack of menopause support.
For #WorldMenopauseDay, Dr Whiley (University of Sussex Business School), Dr. Abrams (University of Surrey) show how employers can change that: education, peer support, empathy training & digital tools for wellbeing.
If only you could remain as calm as these gentlemen just before you go over the top? #WorldMenopauseDay, Best of Luck 🤞

Today is #WorldMenopauseDay. Women with HIV face worse symptoms of menopause, intersecting challenges, discrimination & inadequate care. I highlighted this & actions to address it at @eacsociety.bsky.social conference. Thanks @4mproject.bsky.social for help! #EACS2025
It's #WorldMenopauseDay — a day many organizations and advocates use to spotlight what we know about this under-researched period in women's lives! We need more medical research on #Menopause, and how it impacts #Women! www.axios.com/2025/10/18/m...
It was excellent to attend and speak at Freedom to Flourish event organised by Menopause Knowledge CIC on #WorldMenopauseDay.

It’s #WorldMenopauseDay! This year’s theme is lifestyle medicine. I’ve made a few lifestyle changes since hitting #menopause such as prioritizing sleep, increasing my fibre intake, and wearing shawls instead of sweaters to make hot flash management easier.
