Its the sunday after #YorkPride - kudos to our local methodist church, which was on the parade route, for still having a rainbow cross out on their doorstep.
The anti-woke mob might make a lot of noise online, but based on the overwhelming support on the streets of York yesterday, I'm convinced that in reality they are a tiny minority, and most people are either supportive or just dont care.

When I went to college in York I felt like the only gay. 30 yrs later and a stone’s throw away, 1000s attended #YorkPride. My home town did me proud today ❤️
