It seems like a different wine then, always prime time and delicious. Only 7.5% alcohol, it coats the palate and takes charge, refreshing the unseasonable warmth we had this week. It's Riesling weather, baby! Golden hued, it's in perfect shape.

2/2 Not a dessert wine, but certainly a step (or two) off a dry table wine; so, plan accordingly. Of course, you might drink it so fast, you won't notice the backbone. It's slurp-a-licious.
