今日も昨夜仕込んだ中種でパン焼き。今日は生地を基本の分量の2倍にしてジャガイモ明太子と海老グラタンの2種類を作りました。
うちのガスオーブンでは本に載っている焼成温度だと火が強過ぎるようでまた焼き色が強くなっちゃいました😅 次回作る特はちょっと温度を下げて焼いてみます。

昨夜遅い時間に焼いたパン。最近Kindleで買った幸せパン職人こと大野有里奈さんの本に載っている3日間フワフワが続くパン生地というやつで作ってみたんだけど、久しぶりに上の子と飲みながら話に夢中になってたらちょっと焼き過ぎちゃった😅
中に入れたのはジャガイモを蒸篭で蒸してから粗く潰して乾燥明太子やマヨネーズと和えた物とグリュイエールチーズ。

昨日買ってきたイチゴを味見したら甘くて美味しかったのでシフォンロールケーキにしました。
大きさがバラバラ過ぎてどうしようか考えちゃったけど、大きいのを四つ割りにしたのをブルーベリーと一緒に中に巻いて、上には小さ目のを4つ割りにしたのとイチジクとチェリーも一緒に乗っけてみました。上面半分に振ってあるのは泣かない粉糖とフリーズドライの苺パウダーを混ぜたもの。

今日は先日のタルトの残りのアールグレイ味のアーモンドクリームを使ってまたまたタルトを焼きました。アーモンドクリームの量が足りなかったので上に3mm位の厚さのゼリーを流して嵩増しするつもりがゼラチンの量が少な過ぎて固まらず失敗。ただの汁だくタルトになっちゃった😅 この後暫く冷蔵庫に入れておいたら生地の上面にゼリー液が馴染んでこれはこれで良い感じになってましたw

昨日は2階のバスルームの水漏れで昼過ぎから配管工が来てバタバタしている最中、新調したての大きなサイズの天板を試したくてパン作りを強行したもののやはり全く集中出来ずw
本のレシピで6個分の分量を1.5倍にしたから9個出来る筈だったのに、分割する時にどこをどう間違えたのかミニサイズを16個大量生産してしまいました😅
でも16個ちゃんと焼けたからこの天板凄いわw これからはこれ一枚で色々いけそうなのでハーフシートはあんまり使わなくなるかもな〜。

イチジクとダークチェリーしか使わないつもりだったんだけど、途中で気が変わって冷蔵庫にあったドーナツピーチとラズベリーとレイニアチェリーも仲間入りしましたww
やっぱりフルーツ盛り沢山は美味いね！☺️👍
タルト生地はパートシュクレ。空焼きした後にクスミの4レッドフルーツの茶葉を入れたアーモンドクリームとイチジクとダークチェリーを敷いて焼成。上にチェリーのコンフィチュールを塗ってフルーツを飾りました。

今日は一昨日買ったダークチェリーの種を抜いて、お砂糖とリキュールとバニラとスパイスで煮てみることに（分量は適当）🍒🍋🍾
少し煮詰まってきたところでチェリーを分けてグラタン皿に敷き詰め、生地を流し込んでクラフティに。一緒に煮たレモンの皮も食べてみたら美味しかったのでこれも小さく切ってアクセントに散らしてみました。
