If you are having to do a probate, there is a new Court Registry at the #PortCoquitlam courthouse. Right now no waiting - in fact, the place was empty. They opened last summer and I was number 297 since they opened.And they have the time to help because there is nobody there.

🇨🇦 I'm shocked to report that the Judge in my case has confirmed that he misspoke. Apparently this can be done with impunity. Then the opposing lawyer took advantage of this mis statement by the judge to manipulate me into obtaining an appraisal for the wrong year.
This is appalling.

🇨🇦 The judge directed the opposing lawyer to draft his Orders because I am not a lawyer. The lawyer did not do so, instead he tried to bully me into signing an order dismissing my case and later got me to sign an order omitting the 2023 term from the order. I think this is breach of trust

🇨🇦 An Associate Judge got around the terms of a judicial order by stating that a judge "must have mis-spoken" when he made an order per the court transcript. Now, I have to ask the ruling judge if this is true😝.
