I started hanging around #BikeTwitter and saw all these folks just riding a bike to do stuff, not as a sport. And I heard about ebikes and eventually went "I wonder....". Best midlife crisis ever.
It's also why he bought Twitter. #BikeTwitter was becoming a dominant force, almost as powerful as the Bike Lobby, so Musk bought it to kill it because he was scared people would buy less of his shitty cars.
It has come to my attention that we are using #BikeSky as the equivalent of #BikeTwitter.

Hey #biketwitter- advice requested. This is the section of my commute where I most frequently experience conflict with drivers. The road narrows & the shoulder section is not sufficient. I *could* take the lane but drivers are zooming up a hill at 40mph. No alt routes. Do I wait?
