About a month ago in Klamath NWR, this eagle was sitting on the causeway/road, scanning water on either side. I stopped the car and took a picture, crept forward, picture, again and again. Eventually I opened car door and lowered camera to take picture from road level. #birds #birphotography
I admire your patience in waiting for this bittern to make its way to kind of come out. Can you imagine having to navigate that sort of "trail" every day AND catch numerous things to eat while finding a footing? Once again, nature amazes! Thanks for waiting! 😊
