Just ran a sandboxy game of #BladesintheDark, in which the Crew wound up crashing a party at the Red Sashes' new pleasure house.

They managed to break into the vault and get a bunch of money, but at the same time one of the PC's got his thumb chopped off for stealing.

Zouaves with katanas, man.

Gonna run #BladesintheDark this afternoon! Gonna try something more sandboxy, see what kinda crimes the players will come up with.

I also anticipate asking "Do you know what a Zouave looks like?" in describing some characters, which is sure to get some blank stares.
