Daytime scene on a cold winter day on a street in a large city, facing a residential neighborhood with vacant lots at the end of the block; the surrounding buildings, most of them residential and former tenement buildings, are thoroughly covered in graffiti throw-ups - some of which are very old; graffiti writers from today and yesterday coexist on the walls, including "CNONE", "WAYDA", and "Dipset" (perhaps linked to the Harlem collective "The Diplomats" from the late nineties and early two-thousands); several pedestrians walk down the sidewalk, oddly all walking north, bundled up against the cold weather; a thin veil of clouds is moving across the bright blue sky.

Daytime scene on a sidewalk in a large city, facing a long wall of storefront - all for the same small business; the appliance retailer has been in business for one hundred and eight years and, although it is outside of business hours and most of the rollup cages are shut, it has a beautiful array of vintage signs all across its extra large storefront; most of the signs say "Gringer", the store's name, but others advertise that they offer General Electric brand appliances like "air conditioners" and "color TVs"; above the store, the wall of the building is covered with metal fire escapes.

Daytime scene on a cloudy winter day in a large city, facing across a narrow, busy street where there is a traffic jam; on the other side, past the cars, taxi cabs, and buses, a group of old buildings of various ages and styles stands against the gray sky; mostly built of bricks, none of the buildings are particularly large, but the tallest one stands out because of a beautiful and colorful graffiti throw taking up the entire width of the building - about twenty metres; the throw is yellow outlined in purple and has a design reminiscent of the Wild Style - with the sharp angles and unique approach to connecting the letters.

Daytime scene on a street corner in a large city, facing toward the opposite corner where a brick, mid-rise, mixed-use building that is covered with a variety of graffiti; some of the graffiti appears very old and features writers such as Onone, Wiz, and Jet, all of whom were writing since long time ago; at the ground level of this building there is a popular nursery, Da Hing Florist; the nursery is open, but in this scene they look closed because all of the glass enclosure is shut because it is a bit cold out; down the street, there is a small, bright yellow building that is an authentic Chinese restaurant; although this is not "officially" Chinatown, it is close enough, just not as congested; the sky in the distance is blue with some passing clouds which would soon be replaced by many more clouds.

Daytime scene in the Little Italy neighborhood of a large city, facing upward from the street level toward the top of a large, historical landmark building; the neoclassical architecture of the now defunct Bowery Savings Bank is clad in Indiana limestone and features among its many details a pediment sculpture couple of sexy ladies accompanied by their miniature lion pets, and a large clock that does not work at all; across the frieze of the abandoned national and city landmark, some graffiti writers have added some mid-quality throwies and tags; at the front of the Corinthian pediment, the bank's name is carved and on the wall, a built-in plaque feature commemorates the competition of the building in roman numerals - "MDCCCXXXIV" - or eighteen-thirty-four in English; the sky is mostly blue but there are some passing clouds.
