🤦🏼‍♀️ Ich habe heute Früh vergessen das Kortison einzunehmen… ist mir eben erst eingefallen, weil ich mich wunderte, dass die Bronchien nicht mehr so frei sind.
Nun muss ich mir ab morgen was überlegen, denn jetzt ist es zu spät, will ja noch schlafen in der Nacht.

Durchgeschlafen 🍀 aber eine gute Stunde zu früh aufgewacht. So hab ich den Liebsten noch gesehen 🥰
Heute hab ich keine Termine 🥳. Das Frühstück ist vorbereitet (Basismüsli selbstgemacht, Joghurt und Himbeeren) und ich starte mit Ruhe und inhalieren.
Gesund werden bei #bronchitis

Den Bronchien geht es schon wieder besser, ich kann das Kortison ausschleichen 🥳 diese Woche noch daheim, dann hoffe ich auch wieder einigermaßen bei Stimme zu sein. 🍀

2 omron nebulizier vor mir auf einem Tischset in rosa blauen Farben. Der Neue ist nur noch halb so groß und schlank/flach. Dahinter steht ein kleiner ovaler türkiser Teller (von @tonangebend) mit kleingeschnittenem Gemüse

Heute kam der neue Inhalator an 🍀 beim alten (2017 gebaut) ploppt andauernd der Schlauch unten während der Inhalation ab, das nervt andauernd mit der Hand festzuklemmen.
Das neue Modell ist nochmal leiser 😊

Eine Nacht, wieder in Etappen, aber die Wärme half beim einschlafen. Mein PeakFlow hat sich von 350 auf 410 verbessert 🥳 Kortison und Inhalationen schlagen diesmal schneller an 🍀
Brauche heute nicht zur Praxis 🩺, sondern erst Montag😅 Wunderbar!

Den ganzen Tag habe ich weniger gehustet, kaum liege ich im Bett (erhöhtes Kopfteil) bekomme ich schlechter Luft und ich belle immer wieder vor mich hin.

Mal wieder mit #bronchitis zu Hause mit zu vielen „Baustellen“.

Bei mir wurde heute wieder eine #bronchitis diagnostiziert. Das bedeutet eine Woche AU, 6x täglich mit Vernebler inhalieren und wieder Kortison Einnahme. Ich hoffe, dass es diesmal nicht so schlimm wird. Die 2 Infekte letztes Jahr hatten mir über 20 Wo. AU eingebracht & die Stimme ist noch nicht ok.
