Gestern entschied die Grosse Kammer des @echr.coe.int über den Fall #CasterSemenya.
Bei den beiden Entscheidungen des EGMR 2023 und des Entscheides der Grossen Kammer standen unterschiedliche Garantien der EMRK im Vordergrund standen.
