Payment will be made in two transactions. The client (you) will pay half of the commission price to the artist (Chellizard) up front before any process begins.* *Only half is paid up front if not using Kofi as commission spot. If using kofi as commission spot, the client (you) puts a down payment of $20 USD and will pay the remaining amount owed based on type of commission desired. The second/remaining portion of payment will be collected upon completion of the commission, and the client will receive full digital files of the piece in question as a .png file. All payments are to be paid via PayPal. If any other payment method is required, discussion can be held in writing to decide on how payment will be handled. Chellizard has every right to decline a commission even if the client pays for half up front without discussing with Chellizard. The client has three chances to make any changes to the sketch phase of the art before inking begins. Any additional details that are requested to be included after the sketch phase may result in a price increase to your commission. Each commission has fluctuating prices, and can vary depending on any details, requests, or complexity of design requested. Chellizard may take weeks, to months to finish your art, and will update the client if there are any delays preventing Chellizard from working on the client's commissioned art.
