A picture nicked from manufacturer's site: it shows four raw sausages in a blue plastic container, with label calling it "Livornon Luigi" in Finnish ("Livorno's Luigi" in English). The sausages look suspiciously meaty and delicious for something that's raw pork meat, but if there's something Finns know, it is how to squish pork into its own guts for future eatings.

Since I wasn't 100% certain *what* sausages available in Finland might substitute to usual sausage used in CDDP, I grabbed what I could get.

For some weird-ass reason this sausage has been hard to get last couple of months. 🤔🤔🤔 /joke

A deep white dish holding a Chicago-style deep dish pizza that has been cut to: it has some delicious burnt crispy bits (Parmesan cheese) on tomato-covered top, and you can see bits of this and that in stuffing; red, orange, and yellow bell pepper slices, some bits of red onion, sausage chunks, maybe some thin pepperoni slices, mushrooms, plenty of cheese. And if this posting had smell, it would carry a delicate whiff of garlic as well. There's some leaked moisture on the plate, but the pizza doesn't seem too wet (and isn't). A black spatula leans against the pizza, with a handle of knife used to cut it on the side.

So I made some Chicago-style deep dish pizza with what I had at hand. Suspicious "Italian" style Finnish sausages, bell peppers (red, orange, yellow), pepperoni, red onion, mushrooms, garlic, Mozzarella, Parmesan, crushed tomatoes, tomato puree. #pizza #lunch #ChicagoDeepDishPizza
