A square vinyl record sleeve. it is orange, with blue font. A first album by FRED PENNER for children ages 5-11 In the center is a child's drawing of a yellow cat saying Meo, whilst a guy sticks his head out of a window in a green house (with a brown roof and an 8-paned window on the side facing us) and has a little cloud of annoyance over his head. In blue font, in the blue sky above and behind the cat drawing, it says THE CAT CAME BACK. There is a white border around the album cover image, and a white insignia at the bottom center.
One of the things that surfaced when I was gathering my Stuff from my parents' house was this Fred Penner children's songs LP from 1979.
I played this over and over and over, which is why it threw me for a loop that the Muppets' version of the song was different.
