OMG czuję się jak na haju.
Poza żarciem i zakupami oraz spacerem, zrobiłam pranie i zmieniłam pościel.
Z bateryjki 40% i zostawiam sobie na relaks, wyciszenie.
Jestem z siebie dumna, wykorzystałam dobrą chwilę, zrobiłam to co zaplanowałam. I nie przeholowałam.

I've made a to do list on paper as it seems to make me feel less overwhelmed by everything
+ tick off tasks gives me satisfaction
the issue is I tend to completely overdo it
that leads to raising pain levels
