A crusty cake baked in a tube pan so it has a hole in the center. It is shiny from the glaze.

Decided to make something special today. Mostly I bake Finnish pulla and banana bread. Today is an Italian tea cake - ciambellone. Lots of lemon zest and some lemon juice in the glaze.
