A yellow Clivia blooming now in my shaded courtyard. Grown from seed alongside the more common orange and red.
The orange bloomed first, followed by yellow. Reds have not yet bloomed. I had expected them to bloom together. Maybe different species rather than colour variations? 🤷♂️

The pale yellow is a good contrast to the brilliant orange.
Grown from seed. They are a fascinating seed to germinate if bought from a grower. Takes about 3 years to bloom. Still awaiting the red labelled seeds to bloom.

Yellow Clovis
I have grown the more common orange flowered Clivia, but this yellow one I recently photographed at a local park greenhouse. Either color makes a wonderful house plant. It is not winter hardy in cold climates.
