I rested my knee today & worked on a #Cocodona planning spreadsheet instead. Pacer schedules, pack organizing, drop bag contents, gel # for each section (pace dependent), water capacity for each section (temp dependent), clothes (temp/weather dependent), and more. It's a lot to juggle & a lot of fun
I may have something recklessly optimistic this morning. After quietly going over the costs and logistics with my partner through the past couple weeks, I've decided to throw my hat in the ring for the #Cocodona 250 next May!
I have one year to prepare. So stoked! #running

Jeff Garmire rounds out the top ten overall and is the first to run all five years of #Cocodona so far. So many good stories this year, with more to come. Lindsey Dwyer, second place in the women's race, is expected next!
Been keeping up with the superheros/loons running the Cocodona 250.

Give it up for Harry Subertas. He set the blistering pace for the first 50 miles of this race.
He slowed down, significantly, then clawed his way back through the pack.
He’ll be coming in shortly, in 5th place overall and 4th male.

Update on fan fave Callie Vinson (bib 236): per her Instagram, she did have to drop due to a flare up of chronic migraines.
She is recovering and hopes to make it back in time to pace any runner who needs a pacer for the finish.

Rachel Entrekin flew out of Trinity towards Buffalo Park. She will capture first place female and set a new course record — several hours faster than the previous record.*
