So glad that Joe Kelly brought up Norman's past of being abused/an abuser. Abuse wires things differently. Seeing Norman struggle with his past and realizing, wait, I'm wrong, is everything to me. He is trying, he wants to do better, but there is so much muscle memory in trauma.
