Very poor reviewing by @science.org Advances. Also, I'm not sure how #cryosparc can think this is 3.3A, but perhaps the authors did something they shouldn't do when "structure analysis was followed by the CryoSPARC-based helical reconstruction approach we previously developed"

We are struggling with a #cryoSPARC problem: 2D classifications run fine at first (with 1-2 min/iteration) but slow down to 10-60 min/iteration after several dozen iterations. IIRC, this did not happen with older versions, but is now a serious issue with our workflow. Thoughts?

In #cryoSPARC live, I sometimes get entirely black images after motion correction, with ridiculous total shifts (as in sextillions of Γ…) that mess up the thresholding/selection tool. Is there a good solution to this (other than manually hunting down/deleting bad movies)? #cryoEM
