IWGIA Annual Report 2024 - IWGIA - International Work Group for Indigenous Affairs 2024 was a year of resilience, rights, and results for Indigenous Peoples worldwide. Today at #CSW68: Ministerial Rounds Tables on mobilizing financing for #gender equality & empowerment of all #women & girls. States summarise their policies & strategies to end women’s and girls’ poverty. Interesting to see the different specifics from each state.

One thing that’s for sure is that the #UN is not equipped to host events for 1000s of people. Many rooms are small, & filled far beyond capacity, w/people standing & sitting on the floor. Many more people can’t fit in. Let’s hope there’s no emergency during #CSW68.
