It's a logo. Theres a red circle, with a smaller pink circle inside. On the center there's a brown cat wearing golden glasses and with its tongue out. Around the red circle, on the inner part, it says "stickers, pins, prints!" repeatedly. Outside the circle, in a bigger font, its says "VISTR" on the top and "THE SHOP!" on the bottom, both following the circular path around the red circle.
