“Just give it to me already,” Whirl’s vocalizer curled around a growl, more pissed than anything else. “You know that I can take it!” Tailgate tutted, and Whirl could practically feel Cyclonus rolling his optics. “I don’t think so,” Tailgate denied, though his tone was cheerful enough. “Cyclonus would break you, and not in the fun way.” “You don’t know what I find fun,” Whirl grumbled, and Cyclonus chuckled, low, the sound just barely brushing the back of Whirl’s neck. “We do,” he said, sounding more fond than the slaggin’ bastard had any right to. “That’s why we’re here.”

Tailgate doesnt have lips, so he is trying to insert the energon stick into his mouth in a way here he can hold it in and it wont fall. Whirl on the other hand, has no mouth at all and is not trying to place it into his intake like Tailgate is - instead he is balancing the energon stick on top of his head and laughing at his successful attempts.
