Two bright yellow flowers with white-tipped petals and textured yellow centers stand in focus, with other blurred flowers in the soft background… I first planted this during President Biden’s presidential bid about 6 or 7 yrs. ago I think.. and it kept on giving blooms to this day..。

The flower language of “winter cosmos” are [I'll love you again] , [patience] , [sincerity] , [faint love], and [beautiful harmony]..。

Two just opened-up buds of winter cosmoses I tended yesterday in the veranda.. 2 bright yellow flowers with white-tipped petals and yellow centers are in focus, with other blurred flowers and buds on thin stems against a muted background.

Current scene along the river canal in our neighborhood— the cherry trees that lined-up the river are mostly almost leafless like this close-up of a bare tree branch with a few scattered yellow and green leaves, set against a blurred background of dense green foliage. Fallen autumn leaves in shades of brown, red and yellow scattered across a concrete sidewalk next to an asphalt road. The photos in this set are current scenes i see everyday along my walk in the neighborhood. I live in Chiba-prefecture boundary of Edogawa river Tokyo, and unfortunately we have the longest wait to see the the red foliage as we are warmer than other prefectures in Japan. So we experience the shortest autumn too. Red maple🍁leaves; the coloring of Ginkgo Trees and Striking foliage are not later than late Nov. to mid-December as one with Tokyo Weather-wise. The plus side is whilst “Our Autumn” here is very late.. we, on the other hand experience the earliest blooming of Cherry🌸Blossoms or the coming of Spring in all of Japan annually.

ClusterAmaryllis or Higanbana 『彼岸花』quietly blooming in the woods behind Enzoji Temple located〔in Yanaizu, Kawanuma District〕during our last Autumn 1st sem Break trip to Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima.. We were doing our yearly Aizu Temple Pilgrimage Rounds, and as i looked and walked towards the path going to the woods i found these cluster amaryllis and run a few shots without using the lens light, relied on natural early noon light peering in from the clearing towards this a lil dark spot at the back of the temple.
