Golden Samphire, Limbarda crithmoides, for #wildflowerhour #daisyfamily today. I loved climbing down the cliff a bit to find this - out of the mad Easterly wind - where a Clouded Yellow and some Wheatears were sheltering too! On The Lizard, Cornwall.

Fleabane, Pulicaria dysenterica, a member of the #DaisyFamily for #WildflowerHour this week: a spreading perennial which I often include when planting ponds, as it likes damp soil and it's an excellent nectar source. Such a cheerful flower!
The cheery yellow flowers of Common Fleabane are my #DaisyFamily contribution for this week's #wildflowerhour.
Not unusual, but I rather like them and they certainly added a splash of colour at Silverlakes today.
