Life feels like it’s been operating at two speeds this week: disruptive and unpredictable. With UAT activities throwing off my work rhythms and a slowly recovering leg injury sidelining my usual walks, both my professional and personal routines are currently scattered to the wind. As a result, it’s tough to find a fixed point to anchor to. But as usual, I’m using sound as that anchor in an attempt to nail down some focus whilst the chaos swirls.
