One of my Immunofluorescence images of invasive DCIS cells with a stable shRNA knockdown. Green = FITC Phalloidin F-actin, a cytoskeletal protein Blue = DAPI (nuclei). Red = dsRed, a reporter protein used to confirm shRNA knockdown in cells. Cells were grown on reconstituted basement membrane for 8 days, fixed and imaged with z-stacks on the Zeiss LSM 700.
