disregulated / MHAPI 2025 Every year, I create prompts for poetry for Mental Health Awareness Month. This poem is for the prompt: disregulated.

As more people talk about #mentalhealth and #physicalhealth working in tandem, something that many people say to describe how they feel is: #disregulated

As I have been forced to step back in major ways, I've started to notice #disregulation in myself much more easily. So obvs I wrote a #poem lol
