On Margarita Day, we had margs and Mexican food. Jalapeño margaritas with fresh lime juice, honey-chipotle chicken tacos, topped with pickled onion, avocado, cilantro, cheese, and hot sauce…mexican rice, guacamole, pico de gallo.. yum
