Messing around this morning with my #Infrared converted #Eos and the 100-500mm. I'm always fascinated by how the colors shift and turn unique as I process them. Very different from my usual minimalist approach.

A towering pillar of eroded mudstone pierces a weirdly colored sky streaked with clouds that seem to radiate from its center. From the base of the formation, dark iron-colored silt appears to rise, vein-like, upward into the body of the whitish mound. A prominent flat ironstone cap sits atop a pillar of white at middle right. Behind and stretching into the distance, a tortured terrain stretches to the horizon.
